Q: Why are the books written by Hugo Grotius ?

Ans: Hugo Grotius was the dutch diplomat and lawer and he wrote two books i.e., Mae Liberum in 1609 and De jure belli ac pacis in 1625. De jure belli ac paris is a book of law of war and peace and made Hugo grotius the father of international law.
